Ingredients:
Smoked Salmon
White or Wholemeal Bread (I used both)
Cheddar Cheese
Lemon Juice
Butter
Preparation
Toast the bread
Brush the smoked salmon with lemon juice - make its not to watery
On the toasted bread, spread butter - not to much
Put on the cheese and smoked salmon cover it up by another toasted bread
"Add some Green Veggie in it if you prefer it to be healthier"And its done =)
You can cut it bite mouth size or eat it just like that.
