Ingredient for the Pancake Batter:
2 1/2 cups Self-Rising Flour
1tbs Baking Powder
1 Egg - whisked
80g Butter - melt it (can use margarine as substitute)
2 1/3 cups of Milk
2tbs Sugar
1tsp Salt
A bit of butter/Veg Oil/Margarine - for cooking
Method
1. In a bowl, mix up the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar
2. Make a hole/well in the middle, pour in the milk, melted butter and eggs, mix until the mixture is smooth
3. In a non stick frying pan, wipe the butter/oil/margarine over a medium heat. Add 1/3 cup of the pancake mixture and heat until there is a bubble appears on the surface (1-2min) then flip it over cooking it for another 1-2min.
"On a Plate stack the ready pancake as much as you want usually 2-3, cut a small cube of butter and put it on top of the pancake and lastly sauce it up with maple syrup"You can also eat up with fresh cream and fruits salad. Most people usually like to eat with sliced banana and strawberry. Try it out =)
